All efforts will be made to ship your new iPod battery on the order date unless it was made after hours or on a non business day when it will be shipped the next business day.
We accept all returns within 30 days of receipt when iPod battery is returned in the same condition it was sent minus a $5 US re-stocking fee. Every iPod battery sold also has a 1 year warranty provided the iPod battery was installed correctly and was only used in the iPod that it was designed for and was used in accordance with Apple's operating procedures.
