BatteriesForMP.com is not responsible for any circumstantial or consequential occurances due to the products or services that are provided. Ipod batteries are sold for use in the model in which they were designed and should not be used for any other purposes. BatteriesForMP.com provides a 1 year warranty for batteries which were installed on the appropriate Ipod model. Warranty covers the workmanship of the battery only and does not cover installation or other damages that the failure might have caused. BatteriesForMP.com is only responsible to replace the battery in case of defect.
